All you need is a pair of dumbbells!

Every minute on the minute (EMOM)

5 round per exercise

DB renegade row 10 reps
DB snatch 10/side
DB surrenders 10/side
DB plank pull through 10/side
DB sit up & press 20

DB front squat 20

Complete your reps at the start of the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute
