Bust:
Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

The idea of two toned zip also adds another cute aspect/feature making the design unique! Small detail I appreciate: there’s a thumb/watch hole in the cuff, which keeps the sleeve in place and means I don’t have to fiddle with pushing it up to check my watch mid-workout. Fit is true to size and the material has a nice stretch to it without feeling restrictive. Would recommend for anyone doing gym or outdoor training."
