Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

Fitting in the arms and slightly relaxed in the body. Love the watch and thumb holes. Nice length, not cropped but not too long. So comfy and looks great!!"

"I love the fabric used, it is so much lighter and softer than I anticipated! The addition of the watch hole is also a massive advantage. The idea of two toned zip also adds another cute aspect/feature making the design unique! Only downside is I wish it wasn’t a mid rise fit, but rather longer in length whilst still being able to efficiently stretch whilst moving"

Small detail I appreciate: there’s a thumb/watch hole in the cuff, which keeps the sleeve in place and means I don’t have to fiddle with pushing it up to check my watch mid-workout.
