Chest:
Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the chest, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position, keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

"First time purchasing the heavyweight FLX cotton tee and it didn’t disappoint. Main areas I like, is the fit being true to size but even though it was a regular fit, it has stretch to it which complemented my body. Trained on it now twice with both different workouts and it absorbs moisture well while being comfortable. I like the 2cm length increase as well. Will definitely buy another one."
