Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"Love them! Great length, height of the waist band. zippered pockets on both sides, and love the bike shorts underneath. I use them at the gym and running, and they are perfect, super happy with my purchase."
Great short but they ride up!
"Quality of fabric is great. Customer service for exchanging was amazing!!!! I sized up and now am unsure if I made a bad call. The size I originally got were not as flowy across the back so I sized up. The new shorts were okay for a short run, but rode up so bad during my long run. Spent so much time pulling the liners down. The cut of these shorts is great, just need to find a way for them not to ride up. I want order pacers next and am nervous that I’ll gave the same issue."

"Love these shorts- so many pockets and super comfy! Only problem is, even after washing 3 times, the dye ran all up the back of my white shirt, and I couldn't get it clean. Make sure you soak them in hot water before you wear!"
