Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"I ordered the 3x thinking that would give me extra room, never having ordered from this brand before. They were on sale, thought I’d give them a try. They run small and were not high waist enough to hold in an apron belly while running. I love the color and the material, just a little too short (they rode up) & snug on top. Maybe more comfortable on a smaller size."

"I made sure to measure myself before purchasing. I love the brand and their t-shirts but for leggings, shorts, and bras - 10/10 do not recommend if you are on the bigger size. The fits do not match. I'm 5'4" athletic build and do CrossFit. I range around L/XL and alway be sure to look at the sizing charts and take my measurements before ordering. I ordered a few different sizes because I didn't trust just going off the size chart. . . and even with buying some items L and XL, the sizes are SMALL and not true to size. This was my second time trying to purchase bottoms from LSKD and it was a failure."
