Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum. This may be the hips or at the tops of the thighs depending on body shape.

"Great thermal leggings that look good without needing thicker pants over the top, the pockets are a tad small but handy to have them, they are a tight fit and a bit of a struggle to jump into but once on they hold everything nicely ! Comfortable for daily wear or working out."
