"These are my favourite shorts to wear to reformer pilates, and honestly anywhere! The high-rise is so flattering, and really hugs my waist without feeling too tight. I’m normally a Large in Nike, Medium in Bonds activewear, but for LSKD I bought the Extra Large, and it’s perfect! I did buy a Large to try, but the compression made my thighs look like they were about to burst. My sister put me on to LSKD, and recommended the Extra Large because the compression would give me the way too tight around my thighs look. For reference, I am 85kg and 164cm/5’4”."
