"Initially got a different colour in a size that was a bit too big during the sale. Wasn't able to exchange for a few weeks while stock stabilised. Then initiated an online return, couldn't find the return bag, was able to get a quick response to return it to Chatswood store instead. Couldn't get the original colour, but simple exchange for this black that shipped same day and arrived next day! Talk about amazing. Coat now fits and very very warm~"
