Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"The fabric feels very high quality but the pockets are a real issue. When I put my phone or anything even slightly heavy in them, the waistband rolls down so much that I can’t wear these for a walk or a run, which was one of the main reasons I bought them. The waistband also rolls during certain exercises, especially squats, which makes them unreliable for a the gym too - I could only get so many reps in before having to stop and readjust."

Although I have noticed that they are super long and I have a short torso that they come up waaaaay to high😭there isn’t much consistency in them either as I do own and have owned so many pairs of the Fusion, they are all different which is so confusing.
