Bust:
Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

"It is seriously cute. The colour range - Elite. The design - Adorable. It gives effortless gym-girl energy before you’ve even warmed up. But compared to my usual Go-To FLX cotton oversized tees, the material is definitely thinner. Not bad, just lighter and not as structured as what I’m used to. I have a short torso and after one workout it seemed to grow a few extra inches, nearly covering my kneecaps by the end, and the neckline stretched out a bit too. I’m happy to have it as a one off because it’s genuinely such a cute piece. It’s just not going to replace my trusty FLX tees as my everyday go to for training."
