Bust:
Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

"I absolutely love this top. My issue is that if you have a smaller bust, there’s a lot of extra room to fill out. I wish there were slots to insert pads or something as the top gapes on me (my chest post children doesn’t have much left to fill the cups) You can absolutely wear a sports bra underneath it though, which does help the issue. It’s a stunning design, and if you can fill it out then it would be 10/10."
