Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

"I love this hoody, such a soft material, good length. Being unisex I wasn't sure what the fit would be like but I like the extra length, and I can have my hair in a bun and the hood not slip off! I average a women's size 12, I got the 'Medium' and its a nice 'oversized' fit without looking silly. Knowing the shape and fit i would probably go a Small next time, or XS if i didn't want it to be oversized."
