How to measure:

Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"I measure S for the waist and M for hips and ordered M. They're soooo flattering at the front, exactly the right amount of coverage and really great for grip on the hip crease for pole. The back doesn't stay exactly in place for me so I'm not sure if I'm meant to size up or down, but it's not a big deal and they're still up there for favourite pole bottoms."
