Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"This is my second pair of bottoms from LSKD, and I'm really happy with them. The only thing I'd recommend is sizing up if you don't like a very tight fit. I usually wear a size L, but the fabric is highly compressive. It provides great support and holds my belly firmly in place, which I really like."

Having the pocket is a bonus for your phone or keys so you can be hands free. The leg length is perfect and the waist sits up high and doesn’t roll down. I’m getting some in Chocolate too."
